Entry criteria for the UTMB, CCC and OCC lottery.

The Hoka UTMB Mont-Blanc, also known as the UTMB world Series Finals  consists of three races, the UTMB, CCC and OCC taking place at the end of August each year.

Access to these finals is through a lottery system, to be eligible for the lottery runners must fulfil two criteria - UTMB Index and Running Stones

Pre-registration is normally in December of the preceding year with the lottery taking place in January. (exact dates subject to change)

UTMB Index requirements

Runners must possess a valid UTMB Index at the time of their pre-registration for the lottery.

For entry into the

UTMB (100M race) requires a valid UTMB index in any of the 100k or 100M categories

CCC (100K race) requires a valid UTMB index in any of the 50K, 100k or 100M categories

OCC (50K race) requires a valid UTMB index in any of the 20K, 50K, 100k or 100M categories

Note: The UTMB Index only needs to be valid at the time of pre-registration and not at the date of the race. However if a runners UTMB Index has expired at the race date this will affect their starting wave for the CCC and OCC.
