Change or modify your my utmb account information.
Do you want to change your personal information?
To change your personal information such us name, surname, nationality or birthdate, you can send us a request via your MyUTMB account - My Information - Information, click on the Edit icon and edit the information you wish by clicking on CHANGE MY IDENTITY INFORMATION.
Change email address linked to your My UTMB Account
- Create a new account with your new email address
- Contact us via the button below to request the merging of your results into your new account. Make sure to clearly specify which address you want use to access your my UTMB account an which account to delete.
If your old account was not linked to a results page then you do not need to contact us
You can simply search your results page on Runner Search page and click on “this is my results page”
Results page not displaying
Can't find your results page in the runner search or are you seeing 'whoops this page is lost in the mountain'? This means that 'anonymize my results' option is probably activated. To deactivate it, go to your my UTMB account, under 'my information,' then 'public profile.' Here, you'll find the option to disaply or anonymize your results.
Is your profile not 100% complete?
If your profile is not 100% complete, this may be due to one or more of the following reasons:
- Link your results page: If you have participated in any races, make sure your race results are linked to your profile. You can check if your account has been linked by clicking on "My UTMB" in the top right corner of the page or within your My UTMB dashboard. If you see the words "view my profile" or "go to my public profile," it means the link has been successful.
Important note: If your results are not linked to your account, please note that this may affect your registration, such not having access to the 48 h UTMB Index priority registration window or bib number allocation.

- Indicate your club, team or sponsor
- Add your website
- Add a description
- Indicate your prefered distance
- Indicate your prefered elevation gain
- Indicate your prefered period of the year
- Indicate your prefered places
- Indicate your prefered playgrounds
- Subscribe to the newsletter of your favourite event
Your profile does not need to be at 100% to be able to register for UTMB world Series events and races.
